  • overview

The name "Nisha" is an abbreviation of Nishapur, an impressive five thousand year old city in Northeastern Iran, rich with Iranian culture and the birthplace of well known grandees like Omar Khayyam, Attar of Nishapur, and Abu al-Wafa’ Buzjani, all great minds that encompassed the characteristic aspects of “Astronomer," “Mathematician,” and “Poet.” Boustani’s "Nisha” represents an important, brilliant part of Persian history and is the anchor design in our Dalahu Collection.

  • care

When storing a rug (especially a heavy winter one), have it professionally cleaned and wrapped before storing in a climate-controlled area to avoid damage. If exposed to direct sunlight, rug colors typically fade over time, even if they are fade resistant. Clean spills immediately. Once a stain is set, it becomes much more difficult to clean. When pet hair accumulates in a rug, brush the rug vigorously with a stiff clothes brush or utility brush.
